Auto Details Inc. was founded in 1993 by Desmond Ross, a journeyman auto body refinishing tech and entrepreneur, who recognized the need of a shop specializing in automotive detailing perfection. 

With over twenty years of refinishing experience, a relentless drive to succeed, and an almost obsessive attention to service, Desmond has turned Auto Details from a few vehicles per week “out of his garage” type of business, into the success story it is today.

Des is not only the face of Auto Details, but its driving force as well. Over the years Des' entrepreneuring spirit has taken on a lot of other responsibilities in both his professional (numerous real estate investments, a chain of restaurants known as Hudson's Canadian Taphouse, and Director for a Solar Company to name a few) and personal life; (two dogs, two cats and membership in multiple business and community organizations, such as EO Edmonton, Edmonton Executives Association, Royal Glenora Club, Edmonton Humane Society, and many more). He has an ongoing passion for rescuing animals. Giving back to the community is a constant priority in Des' life.

Still, Des remains loyal to his first passion. Most days you will still find him here working away, sharing suggestions, or playing practical jokes on everyone. Des has wide range of interests, some of which include; anything car related, motorcycles, bicycles of all kinds, and long boarding. Des is an accomplished surfer and stand up paddle boarder. Des is also a family man; he is married with two beautiful children.

Bob Talarico
Bob Talarico is Desmond’s friend and partner.  They have worked together since 1998.  Between the two of them they keep the Auto Details team on top. Bob is passionate about cars, and it shows. Always ready with a suggestion or helpful advice to educate the car loving public, Bob’s easy going nature and sharp sense of humor help to make a fun working environment.

After hours, Bob can usually be found drinking beer and discussing philosophy with his Beagle.

Brooke
Brooke is the "Manager of First Impressions" at Auto Details, she is always eager to help, and goes that extra mile to ensure your experience is a great one.  Brooke has a great sense of humor, and is fun to be around.

Brooke enjoys attending live music and sporting events when she is not working, or working out.  She is a fixture at the “Thunder from Down Under” outings, and is also rumored to be a member of a crime fighting hot girl ninja group.
