Details is based on a simple philosophy;

Auto Details was
founded by Desmond Ross, a certified auto refinishing technician by
trade, who saw a void in the market place for a shop specializing in
automotive detailing perfection. With nearly twenty years of
refinishing experience, a relentless drive to succeed, and an almost
obsessive attention to detail and service, Desmond has turned Auto
Details from a few vehicles out of his garage per week business,
into the incredible success it is today. With a peak season booking
of a month in advance, while often servicing upwards of twenty five
cars in a single day.
Desmond Ross
Des is not only the
face of Auto Details, but its driving force as well. Over the years
Des has taken on a lot of other responsibilities in both his
professional (numerous real estate investments, a chain of pub style
restaurants, and National Marketing Director for a network
marketing company to name a few) and personal life; (two kids, two
dogs, one cat, one wife, and membership in multiple business and
community organizations to name a few others). Still, Des remains
loyal to his first passion. Most days you will still find him here
working away, sharing suggestions, or playing practical jokes on
everyone. Des has wide range of interests, some of which include;
anything car related, motorcycles, bicycles of all kinds, and long
boarding. Des is an accomplished surfer, as well as a tri athlete,
and has competed in several high profile events around the world.
Des is also a family man; he is married with two beautiful children;
Koah and Miah.
Brad Boyden
Brad Boyden is the
shop quality control manager, dent specialist, and a partner in the
business. Brad joined Auto Details in 1995 as a teenager. His
previous work experience included the local McDonald's. His strong
work ethic, intelligence and willingness to learn have proven to be
a great asset to the company through the years. Brad is well liked
by his coworkers, and is often referred to as the 'Shop Dad'. If you
need help, or you can't find something, Brad is the man. Brad is an
avid skate/snowboarder and downhill mountain biker. Brad is married
to Jessica and they are currently expecting their first child.
Bob Talarico
Bob Talarico is
Auto Detail's sales manager, customer advisor, and is also a
partner. His wealth of knowledge and love of cars serves both to
educate clients, and to look at their vehicle like it's his own. Bob
started at Auto Details in 1998. Born in Thunder Bay Ontario, Bob
traveled west after University. After various odd (some very odd)
jobs Bob ended up in Edmonton working at Auto Details. Bob's quick
wit and commitment to service have made him a valued addition to the
team. Bob's interests include; movies, cooking, mountain biking,
drinking beer and hanging out with his Beagle.
Amy McAmmond
Amy is the Manager
of first impressions at Auto Details, she is always happy, extremely
helpful, and most important, everyone likes her. Amy goes the extra
mile, and then some, to ensure your visit is a great one. Amy's
interests include; music, cooking, traveling, shopping, surfing the
web and hanging out with her husband Ryland and their three dogs.
